By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services. Please read these Terms carefully.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Trade-Dash.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site and Services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our Site and Services, who must accept these Terms on your behalf. By using our Site and Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Trade-Dash reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Such modifications will become effective immediately upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site and Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
To access certain features of the Site and Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Access to Trade-Dash requires a one-time payment of $49 USD, which grants you lifetime access to the platform and its services. Payment must be made through our authorized payment processors. By completing your purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your purchase.
IMPORTANT: "Lifetime Access" means access to the Trade-Dash platform for the duration of the platform's operational existence. Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the Trade-Dash platform itself, not the lifetime of the user. Trade-Dash reserves the right to discontinue the platform at any time, at its sole discretion, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice where feasible. Upon discontinuation of the platform, your lifetime access will terminate, and you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.
Upon successful payment, your account will be activated, and you will receive immediate access to the platform's features and services. Account activation is automatic and occurs as soon as payment is processed and confirmed.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Due to the digital nature of our product and the immediate activation of access upon purchase, Trade-Dash maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is processed and your account is activated, you will NOT be eligible for a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:

Any attempt to obtain a refund through unauthorized means, including chargebacks or payment disputes, may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government-imposed fees related to your purchase, based on your location and local tax laws. The purchase price does not include any such taxes unless explicitly stated.

Trade-Dash does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content. You acknowledge that your use of third-party content is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of the respective third parties.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trade-Dash, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, your trading activities, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Trade-Dash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and Services, at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive behavior, or actions that harm the interests of Trade-Dash or other users.
Upon termination of your access, your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease. Trade-Dash may delete any User Content or information associated with your account, except as required by law. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations under these Terms, including payment obligations, indemnity, and limitation of liability. No refunds will be issued upon termination for any reason.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site and Services.
Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site and Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Netherlands, conducted in accordance with the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI). The arbitration decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis.
We retain your personal data and account information for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide you with our Services. After account termination or deletion, we may retain certain data for legitimate business purposes, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution as required by applicable law.
You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@trade-dash.com. Upon account deletion, your access to the platform will be permanently revoked. Account deletion does not entitle you to any refund of the $49 lifetime access fee. We will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, except where retention is required for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trade-Dash regarding your use of the Site and Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
The failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. A waiver of any provision of these Terms is effective only if in writing and signed by Trade-Dash.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Trade-Dash may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice or consent.
Trade-Dash shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, labor disputes, data center failures, cyber attacks, or interruptions in communication or utility services.
The headings in these Terms are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms.
The following sections shall survive termination of these Terms: Payment Terms and Refund Policy, Trading Risk Disclosure and Financial Disclaimers, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
